		May 31, 2009 • Hike • Boom Lake, Castle Junction Elevation: 175  m Length: 10.2  km Level: Easy Participants: 3 Starting Time: 9:30 End Time: 13:00 Weather: Mainly sunny. High +18°C. Low +7°C. Trail Conditions: Mainly dry with muddy, wet and icy sections for the first 2/3 of the trail. Mainly snow (2 feet deep in one section) and ice covered with bare, wet and muddy sections for the rest of the trail. Tree down across the trail close to the lake. Notes: We saw a male spruce grouse and woodpecker.        Back to the listing
