Public and internal relations coordinator
Your first responsibility is to recruit and train volunteers for the club by developing recruitment and training programs. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing relations with volunteers, club members, and club activity participants. As well, you will be in charge of the club’s monthly newsletter. Your experience and qualification in communications, training or recruiting would be an asset.

Event coordinators
You will be responsible for the club’s outdoor trip planning. You will also be representing the club to find participants, group leaders, and club representatives. When necessary, you might need to help organize carpools and attend trips. Owning a vehicle will be an asset.

Club representatives
You will be checking the participants in at the meeting place on the day of the activity. You will also help to collect the fees and waivers from the participants. When necessary, you might need to help organize carpools and attend trips. Owning a vehicle will be an asset.
